“It is also prohibited to take photos while swimming in water or near waterfalls. Consuming, selling alcohol in these areas is also prohibited. Stopping vehicles in accident-prone areas, reckless driving and overtaking in dangerous conditions were prohibited,” the order reads.
“We imposed Section 144 due to heavy rain and the decision is intended to minimize loss of property and life during periods of adverse weather conditions. Strict action will be taken against violators,” Deshmukh said.
