An Airbnb-tagged online marketplace of fishing charters has named Lake Murray one of the nation’s best fishing spots ahead of Memorial Day weekend.
The FishingBooker website has ranked the largest lake in the Midlands among the country’s top 10 fishing destinations in a pre-holiday list published on its site.
“On Memorial Day weekend, you can find guides to take you out on the water or launch from shore, as you go in search of fun and delicious species,” says FishingBooker. “We’re talking bluegill, crappie, trout and largemouth bass. »
