Located in Woodland Hills at 21110 West Oxnard Street, the hotel is located in the heart of Warner Center, with 10 million square feet (SF) of office space with approximately 50,000 employees, nearly 8 million SF of space retail and is home to over 20,000 residents. The seven-story hotel is also a short drive from Topanga State Park, Universal Studios Hollywood, and the beaches of Malibu. Hotel amenities include an indoor heated pool, state-of-the-art business center, 24/7 fitness center, free hot breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and event space of 342 square feet. Rooms include separate living, sleeping, and dining areas, with fully equipped kitchens, oversized work space, and plush beds. The hotel benefits from a permanent staff produced by the Island’s Pathways program, with a combined total of over 20 years of Island Hospitality Management experience between the General Manager, Sales Manager and Room Manager.

Guests can dine at the hotel’s newly opened “Toasted Barrel,” the second outpost of Island Hospitality’s F&B concept, which can best be described as an all-American bourbon-based restaurant. The 1,200-square-foot, 20-seat bourbon bar serves local beers and wines, as well as small plates. The F&B outlet specializes in grilled cheese sandwiches, ranging from grilled cheese brisket with kimchi grilled cheese to a layered version with smoked bacon, gouda cheese and maple syrup. With over 60 bourbons to choose from, the bar’s signature drink, the Smoky Deal, is made with bacon-infused bourbon, maple syrup and bitters.
