The description: A college facilities manager plans, coordinates, evaluates and directs the maintenance, alteration and repair of buildings, custody and upkeep of college grounds and equipment; participates in the planning, design, review and integration of construction projects.
MONTHLY SALARY: $10,786.37 – $13,362.42 ($129,436.44 – $160,349.04 annually)
*Salary information is based on a 12 month full-time position
VACANCY POSITION INFORMATION
A vacancy exists at the Los Angeles Trade Technical College, 400 W Washington Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90015.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCEPTANCE OF AN APPLICATION:
A bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university, preferably with a major in business or public administration, architecture, engineering, construction management, or a field closely related to facilities management.
Five years of recent, full-time, paid experience managing building maintenance and repair operations of large commercial or public building complexes. Experience supervising custodial and/or grounds maintenance operations must have been part of the experience listed above. Additional qualifying experience may be superseded by the education requirement on a year-to-year basis.
Supervisory experience in various trades is desirable.
A valid California Class “C” driver’s license. Travel to sites throughout the district is required.
